Despite a minor initial hiccup with the room configuration, the professionalism and kindness of the staff swiftly resolved the issue, showcasing their dedication to guest experience.The room itself was impeccably furnished, with a spacious sitting area perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing. The amenities, from the ironing facilities to the free toiletries, were of high quality and greatly appreciated. The attention to detail extended to the well-equipped kitchen, which made preparing meals a breeze. The air conditioning and heating were perfectly regulated, creating a cozy atmosphere that was ideal for relaxation. The hotel's convenient location near Villa Toscano and other attractions added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay.
